RENTAL AGREEMENT

By submitting this form, renter agrees to the following: 1. Please touch base with your lawn service or prepare to cut the lawn before your stork landing. Any damage resulting from lawn service will be the full responsibility of the customer. Pictures will be taken at stork landing and flight. 2. Please do not make any alterations to the stork including, but not limited to: nails, putty, bows, balloons, streamers, etc. 3. The storks are designed to last during all weather conditions. The storks are strong but are not designed for climbing or leaning on. Wendell Stork & Co. is not responsible for any and all injuries involving a sign or stork while on the renter's property. The homeowner of the property the stork is installed on accepts full responsibility of the stork and signs.
